Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license (or ability to obtain before assignment)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or educational settings is valuable
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and experience managing diverse caseloads across elementary, middle, or high school preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records per school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary teams, and professional development
  • Adapt therapy techniques to support a diverse range of learners and needs
