Job Description:
We are a growing pallet company seeking reliable and experienced forklift drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize pallets and materials
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum [X] years preferred)
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor/warehouse setting
Strong attention to safety and detail
Dependable and punctual
