Business Manager

Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and administrative functions for a respected client organization. This role is ideal for a strategic, organized professional who can lead teams, improve processes, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, reporting, and administrative activities
- Monitor financial performance, key metrics, and operational goals
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and recommendations for business decisions
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Coordinate with department leaders, vendors, clients, and other business partners
- Supervise, coach, and support staff to promote productivity and accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and business operations
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting or business management software preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
