Business Continuity Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support operational resilience, the temporary remote Business Continuity Manager will maintain Business Continuity Plans, conduct Business Impact Analyses, and collaborate with business units to ensure effective response and recovery strategies. Key responsibilities Maintain Business Continuity Plans and support related resilience exercises to ensure ongoing preparedness Conduct thorough Business Impact Analyses to identify potential impacts of business function disruptions Coordinate and facilitate diverse resilience tests to validate preparedness and enhance operational robustness Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Financial Services, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and/or Crisis or Incident Management Proven experience with enhancing and utilizing Business Continuity Planning and Governance Risk and Compliance software Strong understanding of the financial services industry and associated regulations Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) Project management experience related to Business Continuity and/or Operational Resilience initiatives
