Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients across assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state-issued or federal-issued photo identification and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility workflows and patient populations
