Aufgaben:

Steuern

Verantwortung fr steuerliche Themen mit Schwerpunkt sterreich und Deutschland sowie Untersttzung weiterer europischer Lnder.
Koordination der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-, Krperschaftsteuer-, Quellensteuer- sowie lohnsteuerrelevanten Meldungen gemeinsam mit externen Steuerberatern.
Erstellung und Abstimmung von Steuerabgrenzungen, Steuerbuchungen und Tax True-ups.
Untersttzung bei Steuerprfungen sowie bei Anfragen von Behrden.
Analyse steuerlicher Sachverhalte und Ableitung von Optimierungsmanahmen fr Prozesse und interne Kontrollen.

Audit & Compliance

Untersttzung bei Jahresabschlussprfungen und lokalen Compliance-Anforderungen in sterreich und Deutschland.
Koordination von Prfungsanfragen sowie Bereitstellung relevanter Unterlagen und Nachweise.
Untersttzung bei Transfer-Pricing-Dokumentationen, Anhangangaben und Detailanalysen auf Hauptbuchebene.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprfern, dem Global Tax Team und lokalen Finance-Verantwortlichen.
Mitarbeit bei internen Audits sowie der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmanahmen.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Untersttzung nationaler und internationaler Teams bei M&A-Projekten.
Mitwirkung bei finanz- und steuerrelevanten Integrations- und Due-Diligence-Themen.

Accounting & Reporting

Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Shared Service Centern sowie den lokalen Finance-Teams in sterreich und Deutschland zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Accounting-Qualitt.
Durchfhrung von Bilanzanalysen sowie monatlichen Intercompany-Abstimmungen.
Untersttzung bei Cashflow-, Banking- und gesetzlichen Reporting-Anforderungen.

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Steuern oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting, Tax oder Audit idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer Wirtschaftsprfungsgesellschaft.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im sterreichischen und/oder deutschen Steuerrecht.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprfern und Steuerberatern
Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur berzahlung.
