This position will adhere to and promote the Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers mission while operating within the confines of our company's core values. All Managers will contribute to team success under the guidance and direction of the Store Manager.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESComplete work accurately and quickly allowing customers to remain in their vehiclesPerform courtesies for every customer (cleaning the windshield, lubricating door hinges)Perform multi-point inspectionInspect vehicles for additional repairs neededAdvise Service Consultant and/or VSI for additional mechanical service workInspect fluid levels of power steering reservoir and transmissionInspect belts, hoses, and wiper bladesCheck air pressure of tiresMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaMust be able to perform all duties described in the SOS bookOversees and manages all store operations when the Store Manager is absentMust be able to do inventory and complete stock ordersMust be able to open and close the storeAdditional InformationAll information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bendingAt times, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objectsRequires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materialsBy completing this application, you are agreeing that you are able to meet the physical requirements listed for this role.
