About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of IT Operations to lead the reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of IT services. This senior technology leader will be responsible for the full spectrum of day-to-day IT operations, including help desk and end-user support, enterprise systems, mobile device management, and communication infrastructure. The role demands a process-driven individual who can build and sustain high-performing teams, implement ITIL-aligned frameworks, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities for the VP of IT Operations at the company include IT service delivery, identity and access management, asset management, device imaging, and security collaboration. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing the Microsoft M365 environment, managing the enterprise phone system, and leading the MDM program. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in managing IT operations, with a preference for those who have worked in a scaling organization. Healthcare IT experience, particularly with HIPAA and healthcare compliance obligations, is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach to mobile device management solutions, experience with ITSM platforms like JIRA Service Management, and a proven track record in building and maturing IT operations metrics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management principles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with ITIL certification and Microsoft 365 credentials. The VP of IT Operations will also be expected to have a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
