ROTA Nanny

A private family is seeking an experienced, professional, and reliable ROTA Nanny to provide high-quality care for their children in a structured rotational schedule. This role requires a nurturing, proactive caregiver who is confident managing all aspects of childcare during their on-duty rotation while maintaining consistency with the co-nanny. The rotation will be 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care at all times Maintain children’s routines, schedules, and structure Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children Manage schoolwork, educational activities, and enrichment Plan appropriate activities, outings, and play Support sleep routines, bedtime, and overnight care as needed Travel with the family as required Communicate clearly and consistently with the co-nanny and parents Model good manners, behavior, and emotional regulation Requirements Minimum 10 years of professional nanny or childcare experience Bachelor's Degree highly preferred Experience with rotational or 24/7 schedules strongly preferred Strong understanding of child development Highly reliable, punctual, and adaptable Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy Able to fully commit during on-duty rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed) Comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license Ability to travel Ideal Candidate Calm, warm, and emotionally intelligent Organized and proactive Flexible and solutions-oriented Team player who can collaborate well with a co-nanny #J-18808-Ljbffr
