The Journey Person reads and interprets blueprints to ensure the quality and safety of the final product and to order materials needed for the project. The hourly range is $38-$50 DOE. Employees are eligible to designate how much they would like to contribute to their 401K account starting their first day of work. CCI offers a 401k match program, matching up to 4% of the employee's annual pay.Cell Stipend: You are eligible to receive a $500/year cell phone stipend, paid quarterly at the end of each quarter. You must be employed during the entire quarter to be eligible for that period.
