Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Job Summary Royal Community Supports is looking for a self‑motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to an individual living in Flemington, NJ. Schedule of Services 2 hours per week, flexible afternoon hours from 4 pm to 6 pm. Wednesdays are ideal but the schedule can be adjusted for the right candidate. Benefits A 401(k) plan for employees who have successfully completed their 90‑day introductory period. Royal matches 10% of employee contributions. Medical coverage Dental coverage Responsibilities Provide direct support during outdoor activities and outings, ensuring the individual's safety, comfort, and well‑being. Facilitate community engagement, assist with transportation, and maintain respectful, person‑centered care. Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older. Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent. Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
