Personal Banker

Opportunity with a growing regional bank focused on relationship banking, customer service, and internal career growth. We’re partnering directly with leadership on multiple Personal Banker openings across New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Alabama. Fast interview process and strong long-term growth potential. Responsibilities Build relationships with retail banking customers and provide exceptional service Open new accounts and assist with consumer banking products/services Cross-sell banking solutions including checking, savings, CDs, credit products, etc. Handle teller transactions and day-to-day branch operations as needed Support branch sales goals and customer experience initiatives Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and drive referrals Maintain compliance with banking policies and procedures Qualifications Previous banking experience required Experience as a Personal Banker, Universal Banker, Teller, or similar retail banking role Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing banking products and cross-selling solutions Experience handling cash transactions and branch operations preferred Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred for select locations (especially Passaic, NJ) #J-18808-Ljbffr Valley Bank
