BUSINESS PLANNING ANALYST 2

Role Program planning efforts of an organization's activities. Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills, analytical, willingness to learn, and desire to solve problems while working with various management levels. Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) with the capability to work in a team environment as a strong team player. Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency of data. Can multi‑task various tasks with minimal guidance from management while maintaining first‑time quality. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a rapid environment to meet deadlines. Perform complex evaluations and recommendations of data across multiple business platforms. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; or Master’s Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience. Equivalent qualifications may include one of the following: NNS Apprentice School graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School graduate, Associate’s Degree or other formal 2‑year program with 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non‑exempt experience, Military Paygrade E‑5 or above, High School/GED with 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience, or High School/GED with 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non‑exempt experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
