This is a newly launched U.S. manufacturing site with a start-up feel, backed by a large and stable global organization. The operation is highly complex, supports multiple regulated industries, and offers exposure to a wide mix of products and technologies.

Job Description

• Provide hands-on quality engineering support across manufacturing and cleanroom operations
• Support NPIs, active projects, and product transfers to ensure compliant execution and release
• Draft and implement incoming inspection procedures and quality documentation
• Lead quality aspects of change management, risk assessment, and validation activities
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain
• Identify quality gaps early and proactively mitigate risks across product lines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting validation, change management, and product transfers
• Hands-on mindset with comfort working on the manufacturing floor
• Internal auditing experience is a plus
• Background in medical device, biotech, aerospace, or similar regulated industries preferred
