Duration: Ongoing

Shift: Rotating shifts including 24-hour and 10-12 hour day/night shifts

Hours/week: Full-time (varies based on shift schedule)

Employment Type: Permanent

Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (FNP, PNP NOT accepted)

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as an NNP; not suitable for new graduates or locum candidates

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU setting, managing complex medical conditions
• Collaborate with a team of expert physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Rotate through multiple hospital locations within the healthcare system, including Level III and Level IV units
• Support families through critical situations with compassionate care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and best practices in neonatal care

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (Board Certified)
• Minimum of 2+ years of neonatal nurse practitioner experience
• Ability to work high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current state licensure in Florida or ability to obtain
