Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility standards and protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to other units, departments, or patient care areas as needed based on staffing and operational needs
• Maintain compliance with facility performance expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Nebraska or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work rotating shifts as scheduled
• Ability and willingness to float to other units or departments based on facility need
• Must meet and maintain facility performance standards for the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new environments and workflows
