$22–$25/hr (Based on Experience)

Pono Security is actively building a roster of dependable, professional flexible Security Officers.

This is an opportunity for individuals who are reliable, responsive, and ready to step in when needed for events, site coverage, and special assignments.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:

Have security experience (preferred but not required)
Are professional, reliable, and responsive
Can follow post orders and maintain strong presence
Are comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Can adapt quickly to different sites and assignments

Responsibilities
Maintain a visible, professional presence
Patrol assigned areas and monitor for suspicious activity
Enforce site policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
Complete accurate and timely reports
Respond to incidents and communicate effectively with supervisors
