Distribution Assistant

Are you an experienced Distribution or Logistics professional with hands-on expertise in domestic and international shipping ? We're looking for a Distribution Specialist to join our team in Mountain View, CA and support global shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. What You'll Do Support daily shipping and receiving operations across the campus. Coordinate domestic and international parcel and freight shipments. Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices for international shipments. Work closely with carriers, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Execute logistics processes while meeting departmental goals and service levels. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external logistics partners. Maintain warehouse and transportation operations to support seamless product distribution. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations . Hands-on experience with international parcel and freight shipping (required). Experience working with domestic and international carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight providers. Knowledge of shipping documentation and commercial invoices for international shipments. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs . Preferred Experience Experience working with 3PL providers . Knowledge of import/export shipping processes and transportation logistics. Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
