Position Overview We are hiring remote traders to trade forex and crypto markets from anywhere using firm capital. You will trade from your own location with full access to professional-grade platforms, structured risk management, and a community of experienced traders to support your growth. Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Execute forex and crypto trades using firm capital and a documented trading plan Synthesize macro data, central bank guidance, and intermarket signals into actionable views Apply technical frameworks — trend, mean reversion, or breakout — consistent with your edge Manage open positions through partials, trailing stops, and disciplined exit rules Maintain a structured trade journal to drive continuous improvement in your process Participate in optional trader collaboration channels to broaden perspective Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus Position Details 1099 independent contractor with no W-2 employment relationship or fixed hours Profit-based compensation from 60% to 90%, with no cap on total earnings Initial firm capital up to $50,000, with documented scaling toward $500,000+ Fully remote — work from home, an office, or anywhere else you choose Performance-based capital increases reviewed on a bi-monthly schedule Full breakdown of tier benefits and scaling timeline provided during interviews Our Work Culture Our remote-first culture is intentional.
