Finance Manager Job Type: Full-Time Location: Metro Detroit Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly with occasional overtime during budgeting, audit, and year-end close periods Compensation: Up to $120,000 base salary hiring bonus Comprehensive benefits package Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) & Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Life Insurance Professional Development Assistance Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Referral Program Free daily meal during shift Virtual urgent care & mental health access Responsibilities: Lead accounting and financial operations for the organization Manage budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial reporting Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, banking, and capital asset accounting Prepare and present financial information to leadership and board committees Supervise and mentor finance team staff Support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects Assist with payroll, benefits, and nonprofit financial reporting activities Maintain accounting systems and financial records Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required 5+ years of accounting experience preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience required Strong financial reporting and full-cycle accounting background Nonprofit accounting experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage confidential information professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr JFS and Associates
