Senior Director, Americas Loan Review & Credit Risk
HW3
HW3 seeks an experienced credit-risk leader to serve as Head of Loan Review for the Americas. This senior role will oversee independent review of the Americas loan portfolio, evaluate credit risk ratings, underwriting quality, loan documentation, collateral management, and problem credits.
The candidate will build and lead the Loan Review team, develop annual plans, interact with regulators and senior management, and ensure rigorous, independent challenge to front-office activities.
