What You'll Do

• Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up outreach to build relationships and convert leads into residents
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses
• Assist planning and participate in networking opportunities, educational events, and outreach initiatives to increase community visibility
• Track sales activity, lead progression, and occupancy goals using CRM and reporting tools
• Collaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming resident onboarding experience

Qualifications

• 1 year of senior living sales or related experience required with a consistent track record of meeting sales goals and maintaining/ increasing occupancy
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
