Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)
Pay Rate: $40-$44/hour

- Manage a reasonable requisition load, allowing for quality over quantity

- Contribute to consistency and improvement of job descriptions and interview practices
- Hybrid schedule offering worklife balance (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Contract role with a clearly defined project timeline (4-6 months)
- Partner with senior managers to review resumes and assess candidate fit
- Conduct indepth candidate interviews (45-60 minutes)
- Develop interview guides and coordinate panel interviews
- Manage up to ~10-15 requisitions at a time
- Gather candidate feedback and support offer discussions
- Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track and manage the hiring process
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting professional, revenuedriving, or fundraisingrelated roles
- Strong experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
