Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)

Location: Houston, TX

Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 1st Shift

Salary/Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Warehouse Associates to oversee and optimize our 1st-shift production and warehouse operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• stand up-sit down, reach , Forklift experience 

• RF Scanners, erp, wms, sap systems,  inventory control experience

• basic typing, data entry computer skills 

• loading & unloading , lifting, walking, standing 

• organizing, sorting, packaging,  .labeling, 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, with proven experience in a leadership, step-up, or line lead role.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate a diverse team.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of a full shift, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

• Reliability: Dependable transportation and an excellent attendance track record.
