Laboratory Director

A well-respected community hospital  located just outside of Goodland, Kansas, is seeking a  Laboratory Director to join their team.

Offering $84,300 - $163,000/annually + 6 months of housing assistance

Laboratory Director Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity
  
• Schedule: Day Shift

Laboratory Director Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administrative direction: interviewing, hiring, orienting, in services, performance evaluations and termination of employees
  
• Delegating specific technical and quality tasks while retaining ultimate accountability
  
• Overseeing quality control programs and proficiency testing results
  

Laboratory Director Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of MT/MLT experience
  
• Must have a Bachelor's of Science in Medical Laboratory Science or a similar field
  
• Must have ASCP Certification as an MT or MLT
