Are you a proven real estate sales leader who is passionate about coaching agents, driving results, and building a winning culture? We're looking for a Real Estate Director of Sales to recruit, develop, and lead our sales team while helping our agents achieve their full potential.

Compensation:$40,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:What you’ll do :
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics
- Analyze sales data and develop performance plans
- Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research
What you bring (must-haves):
Proven sales track record as an individual contributor; 1+ year manager/team lead preferred
Strong CRM and people-management skills
Active Texas real estate license
Nice-to-haves:
Experience scaling real estate teams
What success looks like at 6 months:
Team production growth, improved agent retention, measurable KPI improvements
