Job Duties
You will exercise management control and direction over planning, implementation, and execution of all HX-21 maintenance and quality assurance programs.
You will serve as the Contracting Officer's representative for each CLS contract.
You will provide direct liaison with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), program sponsors, test team leadership, the Maintenance Officer, and the Commanding Officer.
You will assist the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in the development of CLS statements of work (SOW).
You will review Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs) for new CLS contracts supporting HX-21 aircraft maintenance and modification.
You will verify the quality of aircraft maintenance performed by the contractor.
You will investigate aircrew or Maintenance Officer complaints regarding aircraft maintenance.
You will analyze program audit and inspection data to identify and correct adverse trends.
