Overview
Interventional Radiology Tech travel assignment in Kansas City, KS. Start date 09/13/2026 for 13 weeks, on a 4x10 day shift. Weekly pay range $2,938-$3,004. This is a hospital-based role requiring IR scrub experience and strong teamwork within a high-volume interventional radiology service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate interventional radiology equipment, perform scrub duties, and assist during procedures in accordance with sterile technique
- Assist with patient prep, positioning, monitoring, and post-procedure care per protocol
- Acquire and label intra-procedural images; support documentation and basic post-procedure tasks
- Maintain radiation safety practices, verify proper shielding, and manage general room turnover between cases
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to support a fast-paced workflow across a high-volume IR suite
- Help manage equipment readiness, inventory, and room setup across multiple IR procedures

Requirements
- Active ARRT Radiography certification (in hand) or eligible
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (can apply once offered; may start with KS lic pending)
- AHA BLS certification
- 2 years IR experience with scrub experience required; 3 years IR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume IR environment and support multiple rooms
- May float to related IR areas as needed
