Technician

We are currently hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Washington DC. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Responsibilities Install new facades on buildings according to specifications Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning components of existing facades Perform routine maintenance and inspections on facades to ensure they are functioning properly Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and provide solutions Work with other team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades Strong knowledge of facade installation techniques Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications Physically fit and able to work at heights Excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible for work permit in the United States Preferred Qualifications Certification in facade installation or equivalent training program Experience working on high-rise buildings Experience with various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, etc. Benefits Accommodation during your time in Washington DC Our company also provides visa sponsorship for qualified candidates This is a great opportunity for students looking for hands-on experience in the field Location: Washington DC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
