In This Position You Will Be a steward of Woodhouse brand and standards. Provide customized massage services and luxurious body treatments. Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized environment. Key Responsibilities Provide professional nail care treatments—including polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, gel nails, acrylics—following state, local, and company health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols in treatment rooms. Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of supplies, products, and equipment. Recommend home‑care solutions based on product knowledge. Maintain records as required by federal, state, local, and company regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and courteously. Perform general spa duties as needed. Pursue continuing education to stay at the top of the profession. Collaborate with team members, managers, and guests, maintaining regular and consistent attendance. Qualifications Active State Nail Technician license. Three years licensed nail technician experience preferred. Luxury spa experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals. Physical demands: able to sit, bend, lift up to 35 lbs., and perform multiple services during a shift.
