Our organization is seeking to expand its team by adding an Otolaryngologist at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health . This facility features a newly designed healthcare campus, including the 11-story Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital, which offers emergency services, modern labor and delivery rooms, and advanced surgical options. The Health & Wellness Institute provides a range of outpatient services, from primary and preventive care to specialized treatments for both children and adults, all aimed at promoting community health. The hospital has a robust academic partnership with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine , ensuring high standards in healthcare delivery.

• Deliver comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) services in both outpatient and inpatient environments.

• Engage in scheduled OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures.

• Conduct outpatient clinic sessions while managing continuity of patient care.

• Perform inpatient rounds and address emergency room consultations as necessary.

• Provide education and mentorship to surgical residents and medical students in an academic setting.

• Participate in a shared on-call schedule.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.

• Possession of a valid New York Medical License.

Annual Base Salary: $204,000* (for board eligible); $210,000* (for board certified), based on a 24-hour work week.

The estimated total annual compensation package is approximately $248,400** (board eligible) and $255,000** (board certified) , which includes the base salary, 401(k) contributions, and additional factors outlined below:

• Potential bonus of up to $24,000 (based on the previous year's average), contingent on meeting quality and productivity benchmarks.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS limits):

  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings, with no employee match required.

  • After one year of service, an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings is provided, with no employee match required.

• Annual reimbursement for Continuing Medical Education (CME).

• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and CME days.

• Comprehensive Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Premium plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.

• Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) at no cost to you.

• Loan Forgiveness: This position may qualify for loan forgiveness through specific state or federal programs.
