Responsibilities

Connect with prospective policyholders to understand their unique coverage needs and life goals.

Guide clients through the complexities of home, auto, and life insurance options.

Review existing policies to ensure families are properly protected against unforeseen events.

Document client interactions accurately within our sales systems to maintain detailed records.

Collaborate with the broader team in Valley Stream to meet agency goals and share best practices.

Participate in local community outreach events to build our agency's reputation as a helpful resource.

Requirements

Valid New York State Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, or customer service roles.

Strong computer literacy for managing policy databases.

Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport over the phone and in person.

High school diploma or equivalent.
