As a Dispatcher at Jerry's Towing in Big Rig Towing, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of our fleet of tow trucks to ensure timely and efficient service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving incoming service requests and dispatching the appropriate tow truck to the location
• Communicating with drivers to provide necessary information and updates
• Maintaining accurate records of all service calls and ensuring proper documentation
• Monitoring traffic and weather conditions to anticipate any potential disruptions
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of towing operations are preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
