Project Manager

Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of engineering and field service projects from initiation through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications to confirm scope and technical accuracy. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor costs, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with engineering, field service, and production teams to allocate resources effectively and resolve technical challenges. Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality protocols. Address project risks and obstacles proactively, using both engineering knowledge and practical field experience. Prepare reports, maintain project records, and support accurate invoicing and change order management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, field service, or engineering roles (industrial systems, mechanical equipment, or fuel-handling systems preferred). Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and specifications. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
