Who We're Looking For 

Marketbridge is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Specialist, Media Planning to join Marketbridge’s Advanced Media and Partnerships team. The ideal candidate is curious about the evolving media landscape and eager to build experience across campaign planning, execution, optimization, reporting, and partner coordination. This person will work across programmatic, out of home, experiential, content programs and a wide range of trade and tier one media partners.  In this role, you will use AI-enabled tools to launch campaigns more efficiently, build reports, evaluate media opportunities, and uncover insights that help meet our clients’ needs. 

Responsibilities 

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across display, programmatic, trade partners, and other relevant platforms. 

• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and bids, making adjustments to improve efficiency and meet delivery and performance goals. 

• Support campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, activation, and ongoing management. 

• Apply first- and third-party data to refine audience targeting, segmentation, and ad delivery. 

• Collect, organize, and validate campaign data for reports, dashboards, presentations, and analysis. 

• Track media KPIs, identify trends and anomalies, and develop actionable insights to support campaign optimization and future planning. 

• Prepare recurring client performance reports and contribute to data-backed media recommendations. 

• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency of campaign launches, reporting, research, media analysis, and optimization, while reviewing outputs for accuracy and relevance. 

• Coordinate with media vendors, technology platforms, publishers, and partners to gather information, confirm requirements, resolve issues, and support campaign execution. 

• Coordinate campaign briefs and gather the creative, content, audience, media, and tracking requirements needed for effective activation. 

• Maintain organized campaign documentation and communicate timelines, performance updates, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. 

• One to two years of relevant experience in media, advertising, marketing, or campaign management; related internship experience may be considered. 

• Foundational understanding of paid media channels. 

• Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to evaluate performance and inform decisions. 

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations. 

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and media partners. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with reporting, analytics, ad-serving, or media platforms is a plus. 

• Familiarity with tools such as Bionic, Looker Studio, or Campaign Manager 360 is beneficial but not required. 

• Interest in learning and responsibly applying AI-enabled tools to campaign execution, reporting, research, and analysis. 

• Curiosity about emerging media platforms, advertising technology, audience strategies, and industry trends.

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and market benchmarks. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $53,000–$67,000. The successful candidate’s final compensation will be determined based on their individual qualifications and experience.
