Medical Office Administrative Assistant / Front DeskMedical weight loss clinic looking for an experienced medical office administrative assistant / front desk.ONLY THOSE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM NEED APPLYWE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WELL SPOKEN, RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE, AND FLEXIBLE WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTITASKResponsibilities Include:Welcoming guests and greet people who visit the officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsProperly collect and enter patient dataRelay relevant information to patients regarding scheduling, weight loss program, and payment policiesCollecting payments and past due balancesSales of meal replacements and weight loss supplementsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingProvide basic and accurate information about practice in-person and via phone/emailEnsure reception area is tidy and presentableScheduling appointmentsRelevant Skills:Multi-taskingStrong communication skills and phone etiquetteGood time management and organizational skills.Professionalism, reliability and attention to detailStrong computer skillsProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseCurrent Hours during pandemic (Approx 30h/week)- Must be able to work SaturdaysPOSSIBILITY OF MORE HOURS FOR THE RIGHT PERSON
