We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support financial operations for a healthcare organization in Tulsa, OK. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with strong Excel, reconciliation, financial reporting, and general ledger experience.

Pay: Starting at $56,513.60/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Record monthly financial activity and prepare financial statements.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation against budget.
• Maintain capital budget and project-related financial information.
• Establish and close projects within the project management system.
• Prepare capital acquisition and other financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, records retention, cash and credit card reconciliation, and intercompany payments.
• Work closely with managers, directors, auditors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support additional accounting and financial projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of related accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with PC-based spreadsheets and financial/accounting software
• Strong communication skills with managers and directors

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Healthcare accounting/finance experience
• Fixed Asset Accounting experience
• Experience with capital budgets and financial reporting
