SiTime is the Precision Timing company. Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.
Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry.
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager to lead growth initiatives across assigned accounts in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role is responsible for uncovering new design-in opportunities, driving socket wins, and converting them into revenue. They will own the account strategy, lead direct customer engagement, and collaborate closely with Business Units (BU), Channel Partners, and Customer Engineers (CE) to deliver revenue growth results.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Industrial sectors.
- Identify and develop new projects and sockets within all assigned customers.
- Lead the quote-to-close process, ensuring commercial closure and revenue realization.
- Collaborate with BU and CE teams to secure customer commitment and technical alignment.
- Manage and enable local channel partners to attract and convert broad market opportunities.
- Own and execute the regional revenue growth plan, with full accountability for pipeline quality and conversion
