As the Person-in-Charge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional service.Responsibilities:Assist in supervising daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policiesOversee customer service and resolve any issues or complaintsLead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goalsCoordinate with department heads to optimize store performanceAssist with store opening or closing proceduresRequirements:Previous retail supervisory experience and cash handling skills requiredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits:Flexible schedule and paid time offComprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid training and employee discountOpportunity for supplemental incomeHourly rate $17.75Location: 1425 N.
