What You'll Do
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality care and patient satisfaction
  • Assist in developing and enhancing therapy programs to meet community needs
  • Adapt communication and techniques for diverse patient populations
  • Stay informed of relevant federal, state, and local regulations and standards
What You Need
  • Valid current physical therapy license in Louisiana
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Proficiency with healthcare documentation software and patient management systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills
  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedules based on patient demand
