Wholesale Market Assistant (Paris Market – September 2026)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented assistant to support our Wholesale team during our Summer 2027 Market in Paris at the end of September.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the luxury fashion wholesale industry and work closely with our Sales Director during one of the most important selling periods of the season.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Director with the transportation of the Summer 2027 collection from New York to Paris.
Assist with collection logistics, including airport coordination and carnet documentation requirements.
Help prepare the showroom ahead of market appointments.
Support daily wholesale appointments and presentations throughout the market week.
Coordinate showroom operations and assist with day-to-day market activities.
Liaise with models and support fittings as required.
Provide general administrative and operational support during the market.
Assist with packing and returning the collection after market, including airport and carnet procedures.
Handle ad hoc requests and ensure the smooth execution of all market-related activities.
Schedule:
Approximately 4–5 days during Paris Market. Sept 30th - October 6th (To be confirmed) Paper Mache Tiger Showroom, 4 Rue d'Uzès, 75002, Paris.
Some flexibility may be required depending on travel schedules and market needs.
This is a true 360° role that offers valuable insight into international wholesale sales, showroom operations, collection logistics, and client management within a growing luxury fashion brand. Who We're Looking For:
Eager to learn and gain exposure to the fashion wholesale industry.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and dependable.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.
Previous fashion, showroom, retail, events, or wholesale experience is a plus but not required.
Needs to speak English Intermediate/Fluent/Native Speaker. Fluent in French is a plus.
