BDC Sales Specialist

BDC Sales Specialist Capitol Auto Group is seeking a BDC Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The role focuses on developing and retaining sales business at every customer touch point, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience. Responsibilities Handle customer contacts, follow‑up, and new business development. Promptly respond to inbound sales emails and calls. Identify client needs and schedule appointments for the sales department. Place outbound phone calls and emails to potential and existing clientele. Qualifications Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
