Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience Drive sales by educating clients on diamond quality, jewelry collections, and product features Build and maintain lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and showcase arrangements Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs Handle special orders, repairs, and custom requests with attention to detail Requirements: Prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude Proven ability to meet sales targets in a commission or goal-driven environment Polished, professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewelry is a plus Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills About Us: Pascal Diamond LLC is a distinguished fine jewelry and diamond retailer based in the heart of West Hollywood, CA, known for offering exceptional quality and a curated selection of stunning pieces.
