Senior Attorney - Child Support Program - Pensacola

Job Summary This is a Senior Attorney position in either Pensacola or Crestview, FL. The role represents the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in Circuit Court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity and to establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations in the panhandle and other counties as needed. Minimum Requirements Member of the Florida Bar. Two (2) years of experience as an attorney. Preferences Experience in Child Support and Family Law. Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish). Special Notes Candidate will be expected to work at the Pensacola or Crestview office. Some travel may be required. Salary The anticipated starting salary for this position is $78,000 annually.
