Title: OTC Collections Analyst

Location: New york, NY 10036 - Onsite

Duration: 09 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)

Pay : $30-31/ hr

Job Summary:

• The Collection Analyst is responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of Ad Sales for Local TV Stations, including identifying and resolving discrepancies, maintaining a consistent payment pattern, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Ad Sales TV Stations Collections portfolio.
• Contacting customers for the prompt collections and resolution of the aged receivables using various collection methods,
• Keeping adequate records of all contact made with customers

Requirements:

• 0-3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role in:Accounts Receivable,Credit,Collections, Billing
• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
• General knowledge of accounting principles a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Office -Excel & Word
• Collections experience a plus
• Experience in media industry a plus
• ERP or financial system experience a plus
