Competitive salary $90,000–$120,000+ DOE Hands-on role with direct principal/owner involvement and support Opportunity to work on diverse, impactful projects for manufacturing and industrial clients Stable company with a track record since 2004 and strong client testimonials for on-time, quality delivery Growth-oriented environment in a collaborative team culture Job Details / Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects from start to completion Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Manage subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and daily operations Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs and compliance with all regulations Coordinate with pre-construction, design, and project management teams Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve on-site issues promptly Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results All other duties as assigned to support successful project delivery Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial environments Strong knowledge of construction processes including earthwork, concrete, structural steel, and design-build methods Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced setting Commitment to safety and quality standards Local or willing to work primarily in the Kentucky region Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
