And now, we're looking for a Structural Senior Project Engineer to help lead the charge on impactful projects across the country. What You'll Be Doing Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide. Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff , elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth. Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication. ️ Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems. Review and refine design & production standards , ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables. What You Bring- PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience managing design + construction phases
- Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI
