Role: Product Quality Engineer (37385797)


Location: Maplewood, MN


Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Description:


Level: Mid-Level (3+ years)
Focus: Product Quality & Customer Issues (Non-Regulated Products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate customer complaints and drive resolution
• Analyze product defects and lead corrective actions
• Manage product documentation and SKU approvals
• Support quality improvements using Six Sigma / DOE tools
• Track quality trends and generate reports

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years in quality engineering / QMS / supplier management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality tools

Tools:

• MS Office, Salesforce (trainable), Enovia PLM

Summary Insight:

• Pure quality role (NOT design)
• Consumer products (less regulated vs Job 2)
• Strong focus on complaints, RCA, and continuous improvement

Pay Range: $38 to $40.90 per hour.
