Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.Job SummaryThis position plays a key role in managing the UKG revenue accounting software environment, including system integrity, controls, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. It also manages day-to-day operational responsibilities, including production issue resolution and month-end support, while partnering with Finance and IT on system implementations and process improvements.Key Responsibilities• Support RevPro/ Zuora automated Revenue systems, controls, integrations, and manage month end production issues.• Facilitate audit and control requirements by maintaining process maps, SOPs, and access controls documentation.• Ensure systems and workflows support ASC 606 compliance, revenue allocation, performance obligations, deferred revenue, and downstream reporting.• Support deferred revenue reconciliation and align accounting treatment across systems.• Translate complex revenue accounting needs from accountants and finance stakeholders into technical product requirements.• Create test strategy, test scenarios, and produce and execute test scripts for both new applications and enhancements.• Enable data migration, UAT readiness, and cutover planning for systems implementations and enhancements, in partnership with IT and finance teams.• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Business, and IT to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and strengthen auditability across the revenue lifecycle.Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting and revenue systems, including ASC 606 or IFRS 15.• Strong experience with order to cash, ERP, billing, and revenue automation platforms; Salesforce and Zuora Revenue /RevPro preferred.• Deep understanding of data flows, reconciliations, internal controls, and scalable financial process design.• Analytical, data-driven mindset; SQL, Alteryx, ADO or related technical skills preferred.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams.• Proven Experience with Microsoft office – Excel/Word and PowerPointEducation• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.Company Overview:UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $140,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
