With over 8 years of serving the Charleston area, we're focused on building careers - not just filling positions.Compensation & Benefits$30.00 - $55.00 per hour equivalent (combination of piece-rate pay for installs + hourly + bonuses, depending on experience)Health insurance contributionPaid sick time and vacation accrual7 Paid holidays + productivity bonusesCompany vehicle and tools providedUniforms suppliedSteady year-round work with strong growth potentialPositive, supportive team environmentSchedule: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)Role OverviewYou will install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
